This Saturday 19 July, at 19:00 hours, at the Cooperativa de Navajas (Plaza del Matadero), the exhibition of old photographs will be inaugurated as part of the events commemorating the centenary of the enlargement of the municipality of Navajas (1925-2025). The exhibition can be visited until Saturday 9 August.
The exhibition is a journey back in time through images of these hundred years of life in the town. A collection of great documentary value that has been made possible thanks to the contribution of photographs by local residents. The exhibition venue, the El Olmo de Navajas Agricultural Cooperative, has a special significance because its façade has been decorated with a mural by the artist Rafael Clapa (‘Clapz Works’) allegorical to oil and the enlargement of the municipality.
