Our festivities

Local festivities are the expression of the joyful character and feelings of the Navajas people, where life takes on a different rhythm and enjoyment and company are our best allies. There are three main ones, the first are held in winter in January, dedicated to the patron saint of the town, Saint Anton, the pilgrimage festival of La Esperanza at Easter, and the patron saint festivities which are held on the third Sunday in September. Navajas is distinguished by its welcoming and hospitable character, make yourself at home, and enjoy our festivities, you will be well received.

Saint Antoni, January

They begin with the lighting of the bonfire in the Elm Square. Bull races through the streets and the blessing of the animals are the main events.

Patron’s Festivities, September

They begin with the presentation of the queen and are followed by religious events: the flower offering and the procession. The following week is dedicated to bullfights and musical celebrations.
