The Elm is a living part of the history of Navajas, a monumental tree that is 385 years old and presides over the centre of the town’s main square. Under its branches, the life of the Navajeros has passed for almost four centuries.
If there is a place to visit in Navajas, it is the Paraje Natural del Salto de la Novia, a space of singular beauty, due to its geological characteristics, the course of the Palancia River and the riverside forest vegetation that accompanies the entire environment.
You can take a stroll through the streets of the Navajas urban expansion from the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This tour will take you back in time, and you will discover a series of stately homes that have remained as a testimony to the splendour that Navajas enjoyed during the years of the Belle Èpoque.
